I personally think Mauai is the best place for a romantic vacation. It is very green and beautiful.

Nusa Dua in Bali! Only huge 5 star hotels in the most gorgeous location.
Or Ubud in Bali - in the mountains surrounded by jungle and beautiful rice paddies.
Actually anywhere in Bali except Kuta is romantic and stunningly gorgeous and CHEAP!!
Try the Four Seasons and the Ritz Carlton. VERY NICE!!!
