I am 26, and the past 3 days my nipples are been extermely sore. It hurts to wear a bra and hurts if you barely touch them. I just got off of my cycle a week ago, so I am not pregnant. I did not run into anything. What could it be? Serious answers only please

Mastitis=inflamation of the mammary glands could be your problem. See a doctor, especially if any discharge is coming from the nipples, cloudy or blood tinged.

sometimes you are pregnant and you get your period..
or maybe its because of the hormones.. if you are taking any.. if not call a doctor and tell him by phone what do you have and if he tells you something major going on go see him .. obvisly..
take hot baths.. that will help a lot

Maybe im not as old as you but my breast do start hurt at times just like yours. you breast are jus probably growing. if you sexualy active and you breast area was part of intercourse then maybe thats it. but if it isnt then maybe you needa check out a doctor

im 35 and i get the same thing i also get lumps my doctor said its due to my caffine intake

It could be your breast is growing......period is coming....or could be pregnant but u say ur not sooo...good luck with that
