Why do English speaker call their significant other "baby"?
Why in some movies you'll see a man pervertedly say to a woman "Whose your Daddy?!?!"
We have these pet name in English too..... Father in Spanish is "Papa." Daddy = Papi. However we hot Latin woman call our significant other "Papi" to respond to the question "Whose your Daddy" when we want to be conquered.
Te quiero = Either I want you or I love you. Depends where the accent is placed. So during sex...they may be saying "I want you......"
Over all.....your question and way of reasoning are proof of a narrow minded person. Sad.

Latinas usually have an 'exotic' quality to them that white women don't. Latinas also have a propensity to have curvier bodies, which is pretty appealing to the eyes. Not saying white women don't or can't have this, but it is not as common. What might be attractive to men is the dark hair, deep eyes, bronze skin, curves....all of which are great. But both are equally attractive to me!
