I freaking hate that!!! Should I not keep ketchup in the fridge?

You should definitely refrigerate your ketchup.
That ooze would be vinegar if you did not.
That is separation of the liquids, and if you shake the bottle first, it is less likely to happen.
I think Kerry should stick with ketchup. There, now it is a political question.
