Used ones pop up for sale quite often at the Saxon Math homeschool support group forum. The forum is at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/saxonmathsupportgroup/messages. More than likely you will be buying both teacher's edition and student text if used though. Most don't have one without the other and wouldn't want to split up the set.

If you buy used, try to get editions published after they began adding in the little numbers by each practice set problem so the kids can easily know what lesson to refer back to if they need a referesher. The edition numbers for this feature vary a bit by level, so sadly I cannot just say a blanket statement such as only second editions or later. But, if you ask the seller, I am sure you ca get the information.

You can also buy new from the Saxon Math website. The website also has a few interactive games that are corrdinated to specific texts and lessons.
