If you are talking frankfurter type hot dog, I like mustard, ketchup, relish, onion, alfalfa sprouts, tomato and avocado (I call it the California Dog).

Small chunks of onions, finely cut hot chilli's, tiny pieces of ginger, few drops of lemon juice, a tiny squirt of tomato catchup, and a sprinkling of hot curry power. I call it "The Bombay Blast!"
