School transfering (complicated)?

I want to move in with a friend across the country and go to school with her, and both of our parents consent. But we have no idea how to do this and I can't find out any laws on that. How would we go about doing this?

you are talking to the king of transfers. All you have to do is ransfer to the schoool and give them her address.
