He hit it against the Minnesota Twins on June 1st, 1992. I couldn't find an exact time, but most likely it was around 18 seconds or so.

I would say about 17 seconds. If it takes on average 4 seconds to sprint to first, and use that to get around the bases, that's pretty fast.
