The McLean burger appeared back in 1990. They started offering salads (basically greens, croutons, and low fat dressing) in 1992. They have offered grilled foods, like the (believe it or not) McFajita since 1992 in select areas. They now have more salads, a grilled chicken sandwich, and no longer cook fries in transfat oils. Funny thing... they used to cook their fries in beef tallow, which had higher saturated fats and cholesterol, and the switch to a hydrogenated oil mix was to keep the taste but make them cholesterol free. As of 2004, they no longer use that oil but now a third formula. I'm sure the Food Nazis will find something else in a few years and shame McDonalds into doing it again.
As for the Spurlock movie, it was bull$h!t on so many levels. Anyone with an IQ over 80 could figure out he was exaggerating his claims and doing other things to make his results fit his premise. Another reason for a gang to attack him and beat him with tire irons.

properly I, as an adolescent, am fairly enthusiastic approximately counting energy. on condition that youngsters tend to consume quickly food very many times, that is extra ideal for the energy reflects to be shown. it won't make youngsters initiate outrageous crash diets. that is going to assist in making extra ideal possibilities. as an example, human beings virtually continually get fries or another part with their burger. After seeing all the energy, those human beings would verify to purely bypass over the fries and consume their burger via itself, or purely consume perhaps 0.5 of each and share it with a chum to shrink calorie intake.
