i have a mac, it might be different? but hey..

highlight your text you want "subed" then goto format, then click font and then you'll have some choices, you should see something like this: http://img395.imageshack.us/img395/8452/picture1nb9.png

subscript is one of the check boxes.

Highlight the text > right click on the highlighted area > click font > check off subscript in the new dialog box that opens

Font format has an option. Just check the box.

Or press ctrl = and it'll subscript.

on the top:

format>font>click subscript>ok>type

Just highlight the text and the hit CTRL + = (Equal sign)

hitting CTRL + SHIFT + = turns it into a superscript
