When I am out in public, after a day of work, I become drained in no time. I don't just feel it, it shows big time.

I was out for dinner at a restaurant with my parents and my children. About 30 minutes after we were there, I felt drained and my parents noticed it in my face.
I am worried - I am planning to go out this Friday, after work. I don't want to look sleepy. I can't sleep before going out and make up doesn't help much in this case.

My question:
Any tips to look good & awake for a night out?

maybe take a long relaxing bath once you get the kids in bed thursday nite...pamper yourself.....bubble bath, bath milk whatever........just lock the door and relax for awhile........then afterwards...curl up with a good book and take the night just for yourself....anything that needs done ..will still be there tomorrow.......get a good nights sleep thursday...so you are truly rested friday....and that combined with the usual TGIF energy...hopefully you will have enough to get thru a night out

Take vitamins and get lots of sleep. I have four children so I understand how time can be an enemy but you have to take more time for yourself. Drink lots of water and eat more healthy.
