Has anyone had a tubal ligation reversal?

I am curious about the procedure, the recovery and whether or not this is a costly procedure to have in Canada. I am 36 and considering having another baby and want to know if anyone out there has had this done in Canada, and how much it cost, if at all. Did you have to qualify for the procedure or can anyone have it done?

I don't know about Canada but I had one in USA in 1993... my insurance (believe it or not) paid 80% of 8,000.00. But this was 14 yrs ago...yes you and your husband &/or partner have to go thru a couple of tests to see if you "qualify"... you have to see a fertility specialist and well it was worth it for me....recovery no more than a "C"-section...Good Luck to you....
