i think that however they did it, it must have caused a lot of chaffing. So the first one was clearly to scoop off and hanger-oners. The second one was to scrap any left overs. The third one is filled with lotion to soothe you after all the chaffing,

That HAD to be an inside joke because I never read anywhere what that was about with the 3 shells.
