Without seeing the job, no plumber will give you an estimate. There are too many variables, that have to be considered. We need to know what is being moved, and where it is being moved to. Does concrete have to be removed, to relocate the drain? Will the vent be relocated, or run back to it's original exit through the roof? Water lines, gas lines, all these need to be looked at, in order to price the job. Get 3 estimates, and don't just go with the ;lowest price. Ask questions as to what all is involved, and make sure that a permit is bought! This way, the city will inspect the work, and you will know it was installed properly. Good luck!

It may sound straight forward but it's not. It depends alot on access. If you have a basement it will be less, but not cheap.
Get several bids for the job. Don't hire anyone by the hour. You have no idea what your final bill might be.

i'm not a plumber but their very exspensive cost me 600 bucks for them to fix my toilet took all day they charge by the hour and most of them start overtime at 3:30 so be carefull and get an estimate first before they start so they have some kind of incentive to pick up the pace hope this helps ....

I would be alot and you should get a least 3 estimates. Call your homeowners insurance office and they can recommend contractors that they use.
