There certainly is hardcore yaoi out there, you just need to look for it. I believe it falls more under 'hentai' then, if that's what you're looking for. Lately, I tend to notice that yaoi is becoming more synonymous with 'shonen-ai', at least for people just recently jumping on the whole slash bandwagon.
But don't worry, hardcore, explicit yaoi is definitely available.

Have you've ever read a Harry/Draco Fanfic. 90% of the fics are pwp. if you don't know what that means look it up on urbandictionary.com. I'm a straight girl and find that male yaoi is the hottest F@c* in the universe. I don't know why but about 99% of the slash writers are straight girls also. It's just so cute to see guys cuddle. I'm rambling now. But well if you go to adultfanfiction.net or forever fandom or even fanfiction.net you would find some nice nc17. Sorry I got off a bit off subject. Well since most of the writers are girls we tend to like fluffy stuff like the guys hugging/kissing/or simply cuddling each other. Plus since we're girls we don't know that much about guys doing 'it'. But again go to one of those websites, especially adultfanfiction.net it will have hard core stuff if you like it. I don't know about yuri i think that's femmeslash right? well i don't read those stories. But yeah yaoi is softer since mostly girls write it and A LOT of them like fluff. Sometimes I even get sick of the cuteness! But crackfics are the best!

YEAH, ur right, now that you mention it. It's kinda depressing actually. They build up all that sexual tension, and never show you the action... *sadd face*. But I know of this one yaoi called "Yellow", and it supposedly has some scenes that really get into it and show you ... stuff. I haven't read it yet, but thats what I've heard. Check it out. Loves,
