how old is your daughter?
charlotte russe and forever 21 has inexpensive, trendy clothes....this is more for the teen/young adult population though.

I think for your daughter the stores: Gap, Old navy, Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, and Hot Topic are great stores because they are trendy and fun to shop at. Of course to look "instyle" everyone should mix and match stuff from different places and find their look. (Those stores also depend on your daughter's age and style.)
