which shingles is bettere Iko Aristocrat 25 or Certainteed XT25? Roofers come to my house for estimate give me conflicting opinion. Thanks for your help

Both are 25 year shingles. Which looks better to you? The reason most contractors want you to use their product is because they've already done the leg work for you and get a good deal for what they're selling. It comes down to the workers, really. Which contractor is better? Did you check their references? Go and take a look at a job they did, do you like it? Check with the bbb and make sure they're licensed AND insured for your state. If you get a sales pitch "today or now only" walk away. Pressure sales are no good. You should get an estimate that is good for at least 30 days.

Both having pros and cons .These shingles are lightweight and easy to handle. Installers having been using this style of shingle for decades so finding a qualified installer should not be a problem.
Longevity is lacking due to their lighter weight and design.
