in the poem "arthur thinks on kennedy" is there a , then a new stanza?! if you can PLEASE answer one question!! PLEASE HELP!! THANKS!!

no it does not because the comma can be there and then go on to a new stanza to continue what they were sayin before but it is seperated because there is usually a certain amount of lines in each stanza

No. There does not have to be any punctuation after the last word in a stanza.

On the other hand, there can be any punctuation that the poet sees fit to use.
