Can you kill brain cells by hitting things to your head?

yes. but you have cells dying anyway so it doesnt make much of a difference. you have millions of brain cells so hitting your head isnt going to make a difference in your intelligence. at most it will just give you some bruises, a headache and/or a concussion. so i wouldnt reccomend hitting your head
