First of all, Toronto and NYC are not 200 miles apart, but more like 528 miles apart.
Montreal, Quebec to Albany, New York are 226 miles apart; (long drive from here to the U.S. airport to get cheaper airline tickets)
Regina, the capitol of Saskatchewan, to Williston, North Dakota is 188 miles;
Montreal, Québec to Watertown , New York is 190 miles;
The last obvious one I see here on the 2006 Rand McNally roadmap is Riviere-du-loup (means wolf river) , Québec to Houlton, Maine is 180 miles.
