Technology leads to efficiency and economic growth. It allows us to do more with our scarce resources. Technology permits better methods and means for production. It makes us more competitive in the global market. Some technology give us an advantage in the area of homeland security and military defense. All of this can increase not only our standard of living, but the quality of our lives.

socially - Bad
Intelligently - May be good

Kids have better reflex with computer games.... but their social life will be worsen because of limited interaction with people.
