I saved a mouse out of a snake cage at a pet store, they sold it to me for $1 and they said it would die (I was 11 of 12) and it lived in a box and I kept it warm and I gave it moist hamster food and it opened its eyes after about a week and it was the best pet I ever had, it never bit me but it was the nicest mouse ever. She lived a normal life and died at about three years old.

yes hand feeding is a good idea it will let the mouse get use to you but as a pinkie don't handle it too much it will kill it wait till it is at least three or four weeks old to start handling it

it will be more bonded to you since it will connect you with the source of it's nursing.but as for being friendly that will take handling on your part. all mice are a little bit afraid of you reaching over their heads. put your hand infront of him when you reach in once his eyes open.

Yes he will be friendlier but remember,he is still a mouse and he has teeth and though friendlier,he can and might still bite ocassionally.
