If you are talking about overall there is no doubt it's Randy Moss. Although he had an off year in '06. He is fast and he is a a great route runner. Chad Johnson can compare to Moss especially when you compare them as far a a deep threat is concerned. Moss is 6'6 taller than any DB in football he can simply jump over any one. The Raiders didn't have a good QB or offensive line. This year he'll be back on track. To finish the top 5 would be. Terrell Owens,Torry Holt,Marvin Harrison, then Chad Jonson.

There are many thoughts on this:
1. Harrison for his consistency and professionalism.
2. Steve Smith because of his ability to go and get the ball despite having a terrible quarterback delivering it.
3. Chad Johnson would be tied with Owens in ability and the fact they both can produce and are money players.
Now with that said you have to look at what the receiver does all the time as well. Does he block, sucker defenders on run plays to assist keeping the player covering him from making the tackle, and then does he quit on his team? Harrison, Smith, Holt, Johnson are all winners and do not quit on their teams so to me they all deserve consideration. Moss and Owens have quit on their teams in the past so they are eliminated to me from being considered for the "best" receiver roll even though they might have the ability! I prefer players who are "team" players as well!

Can't really answer that concretely.
If you are saying the most consistent then you have to go with Torry "Big game" Holt or Marvin Harrison.
If you are saying the best deep threat it would have to be Randy Moss.
If you are speaking run after that catch types then Terrel Owens or Anquan Boldin.
I'd have to say that the bst accumulation of the things listed before would b Chad Johnson. He has good speed and has proven to be able to be a deep threat. His run after the catch isn't all that. His consistency is real good though I believe he has led the confrence in recieving 4 years in the row. I dont even think Jerry Rice has done that.

Ouch. This is a tough one. Two years ago, I would of said Chad with T.O. right behind. But now I have to say Reggie Wayne. Chad doesn't have top line speed so he relies on route running, technique, height and the QB's ability to put it in the space that he's created. I don't think Reggie Wayne's needs anything, but it's hard to tell when you have Peyton and Marvin on your team. Steve Smith is probably the most dangerous until you get in the red zone. He'll kill you in a long field though.

Chad Johnson out of the four that is listed. Smith is in a heavy rushing offence. Harrison is getting old, Holt not as good as Johnson because the rams suck.

Marvin Harrison, all the other guys, wit the exception of Holt has a HUGE ego, Marvin is THE PERFECT example of what Sportsmanship is, never celebrates, is really quiet and doesnt talk trash, he doesnt have to talk. His perfermance is enough... Great speed and quickness but not afraid to go over the middle even for a smaller guy, makes AMAZING catches, just an amazing guy, as I am a wide reciever and tail back (now) I watch him all the time, he is THE guy to watch to learn how to PERFECT your routes... I love Marvin, first ballot hall of famer for sure....

OK Marvin is good we all can admit that but he does he Peyton manning throwing to him. i hate Peyton but hes got an arm. as far as trash talk back-up i give it to chad. Steve is the best at getting to the ball on bad passes and Torry is just awesome considering the rams are horrible.

Torry Holt and Marvin. All of those are equal but these two have rings and have been a little more injury free then Smith.
