If you havent installed one - it wont have one.
2000 doesnt come with a firewall. XP service Pack 2 does - and Vista probably does too.
No other windows editions come with a firewall out of the box.

go to start down at the bottom of the screen and go to control panel and in there there should be a athing that says add/remove programs and look for the firewall thing

If you have an antivirus sweet, check around your antivirus' options. See if you have a packaged firewall. Other than that, you would have had to knowingly installed one.
