green chicken. Boil chicken in a bit of yogurt. Make paste of green chile, ginger, garlic and cilantro. Add some soya sauce and marinate chicken. Heat some oil and fry it :)

Enchilada Chile...
Cook the following together
1 lb ground beef
Three tbs Chili powder
1/4 tsp cumino
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt (more or less to taste)
Add 1 tbsp flour and stir so all flour is combined and cooked with meet. Then add three cups of water. Cook for 30 minutes.
