I cant find anything on the website about shipping hours!!

they say their priority next day delivery is guaranteed by 10 AM.

well Fedex does offer first overnight -guaranteed
to be at your door by 8:00 or 8:30am
then there the priority (by 10:30am) which why you see
I believe the trucks are loaded for delivery by 7:00am

They start their deliveries at 8 am but unless you are next door to the "hub" figure 8:30 for the first delivery.
