Because the British were trespassing in Iranian territory. So far, we have no indication that the Iranians are torturing or mishandling them in any way. What do you think we would do if a group of Iranian Army were found wandering in our territory? Amnesty International will get involved when and if there are human rights violations.

By the way, did you know that the USA is performing war games over their seas right now?

They deal more with human rights violations. Unfortunitly, this is more political than anything. If the prisoners were being beaten and killed, then they would get involved. Sorry, you were probably looking for a " BECAUSE IT'S RUN BY THOSE DAMN LIBERALS"...but not so in the case.
