Most Filipinos love sweets, so chocolates would be a good idea. If you want to make a good impression, go all out. And if there are kids, it would be better if there are certain chocolates for them, apart from the chocolates the adults would like. (By this I mean, one might go for Godiva for the adults, but also bring some m 'n' m's, Hershey's, Cadbury etc, for the kids)
And if you're staying for a spell, perhaps you might want to make a photo journal of your stay - lots of family pictures. You could give them a copy (or give them the link, in a formal card, or take them to the webpage itself) before you bid your hosts good bye as a token of gratitude.
Hope all will go well.
Bonne Chance!

Perfume for the mom. A bottle of Wine or brandy (if he drinks) for the dad. A special gift for the gf and boxed chocolates for the siblings and just bring extra sweets for the kids there.
Filipinos loves "pasalubong" (gifts&goodies).
Oh,...Take them out for a dinner. :)

Candy, clothes, and toys. They are always a sure thing but to make the best impression on the family, take them out to a nice family restaurant (especially all you can eat like Dad's in Glorietta) and they'll love you for that.

usually when we have relatives who comes back here in the Philipines, they bring chocolates., then toiletries to female relatives (lotion like victoria secret), perfumes. and for guys, caps, t-shirt, souvenir keychains etc. some also love receiving dollars. and they keep that as a souvenir..
yeah, you can give flowers too to make it more 'kilig'

The suggested gifts are okay and would be appreciated but don't forget that the number one requirement is respect and thoughfulness (in gestures) for the people you will meet regardless of their station in life.
