I slack off more, and procrastinate...help! I sleep and eat the same!

Is there anything that could be causing depression? That is often a common problem related to depression. It could also be a fluctuation in your hormones (thyroid levels, cortisol, etc.) I do think that sometimes even just a change in the weather can make me lazy!!!

Try getting into an exercise routine to get more energy. Visit the doctor for a physical so that he / she can verify that nothing is wrong like iron deficiency, thyroid, etc.

it must be depression because I do that too whenever I'm depressed
