Next time you see him say "Hi," smile and give him a little wave. Then when you have the time, start a conversation about work or school. Ask him how his day is going. Comment on his shirt or his hair.
Keep talking to him, but not TOO often. Things should go from there. If he gives you short answers and shows no attention toward you, he's not worth you and he's not worth it.

Well introduce yourself to him.If he is interested you will know it soon enough.If not then move on.Life is too short to quest for the holly Grail...good luck

wear close that stand out in a good way and that look hood on you. or you could strike a conversation with him.

get his attention, talk 2 him, write him notes, get his email, do whatever you can. i have the same problem so dont worry.
