No, Norweigan Cruise Lines does not own St. Thomas USVI. St Thomas and the rest of the US Virgin Islands are american owned countries.

No, it just seems that way, what with all those big, ugly foo-foo ships clogging up the otherwise beautiful coastal scenery and spilling all those tourists all over place every fifteen minutes.
