The thing is he dropped the charges for the money, but he couldn't the gun. So she may be looking at 3 to 5 yrs.C.P.S was called and we have custody till we all me next week to figure out what C.P.S is gonna do. So should grandpa be trusted not to let her leave with the kids. He is the one that called us to let us know that she was on drugs. When C.P.S talked to the kids they decided mom would not be safe with the kids. Help plz with any kind of answers .I am scared for the kids if they have to go.

We have been allowing the grandpa to see them. We have even takin the kids to his house and I have given him a list of their baseball and softball practices, but I feel he couldn't stop her if she tried to leave, he has been very sick.

I see no problem with grandpa here. With what hes been thru with his daughter, it wouldnt be fair to him to with hold the grandkids from him. He has done nothing wrong here and sounds real responsible here. With CPS involved it would be detrimental to him if he were to allow something to happen. Trust him

Until the situation is sorted out, you need to ask the judge to give you full custody of the kids. You are talking about guns and drugs. You can't have your kids involved in what's going on there. If the Grandparents would like to see the kids, ask them to come to your home. Maybe invite them to dinner and let them be a part of the kids lives.
