Get your priorities in order.
Sex is NOT everything. Sex just makes those worthwhile things more special and loving.
Most people today use sex as a validation tool and this is not what true sex is about.

If you're a girl, you don't beat off. The term is maturbate, or double-clicking the mouse.
Anyways, you're in for a toughy. I'd say go out and buy yourself a jack-rabbit and enjoy yourself fora while. I've never gotten much out of toys myself, though...

If you don't want to masturbate for whatever reason then you'll just have to find other things to do. Look for distractions else where. Get some new hobbies. But that feeling for gratification will come and go sometimes stronger than others.

dont think it will simmer down. you need to take care of it, you will feel better. otherwise you will lose all that self control and the wrong brain will take over.

Look, i am not sure what the issue is with taking care of yourself. I have a bf, i am happy and quite well adjusted, yet from time to time, i take care of myself in a way that only i know how to do it. get some toys and experiment! there is NOTHIN wrong with it.

There is nothing wrong with getting it off by yourself, it will ease the stress. Otherwise, you could hurt your on going relationship with someone else. Go about getting a hobby that will take your mind of it for awhile. Please, don't stress yourself, and take care of your self. Good Luck.
