I think i get plenty of exercise shaking my fists at the screen in arena or at shats lag on the weekends

Some things that you could do are sit-ups/push-ups while flying or on your mount for a long time. You could also bring some 10-20 pounds hand weights into the room with the computer and lift those while you are waiting to join BG.

thats a very odd question....

well i dont think theres very many that will still let you use your hands well becuase WoW isnt a click and wait game. the only exercise that comes to mind is a stationary bike treadmills wont work becuase your arms are constnatly going up and down

well if you use a laptop you could find a way to attach it to your exercise bike. or you could just take short breaks while playing the game and do some exercises.

- Park a bike in front of your computer
- Ride the treadmill in front of your computer
- Head circles
- Shoulder circles
- Lift weights

Well, you could do streches, I suppose. Maybe take up Yoga and sit in lotus while you play???

why dont you not be lazy and go for a run for a measly 30 min, every day, out of your 24 hour day?

you can......ummmmmm....u.......ummmmm....OH! i know you can try standing and walking in place wile playing(make sure your door is closed)
