You would have to pitch them a seriously awesome idea. Probably sending them a tape of an awesome "episode" would be the best thing to do, but they are awful busy, don't worry about it if you don't get it.

Probably not.

You'd have to pitch the idea to a production company who would then film an episode and then pitch it to a network. Do what everyone else is doing film it yourself and put it on Youtube.

It'd have to be interesting (if on VH1 you'd have to be a celebrity has been... interesting is optional).
