The bees blood is called haemolymph, is colourless and is used to carry nutrients around, not oxygen.

Bees also have an open circulatory system, which basically means they do not have arteries or veins and their organs are just swimming in haemolymph. The heart just creates a flow of haemolymph by pumping fluid around.

Yes, they have a heart and they have blood. However, theirs has very little in common with ours. Their heart is rather long, for example.
