When they hang their shoes off power lines it is
They are warning people to stay out of their territory it is a gang thing
What I don't understand how do you know which gang owns the shoes

herman is right... i lived in a neighborhood that had that, but back then i didnt know i was like ok... whats that all about.. but now that i know its sort of creepy to know u lived in a neigborhood where they sold that crap
