can u hear out of ear plugs?

i'm getting ear plugs tomorrow..can u hear out of them?

Yes you can still hear with ear plugs just everything will be muffled. It will be harder to hear things but in the long run it will save your hearing.

Yes. But it is very muffed and to a much lower degree.
