You can only add friends instead making new friends also you can set private, no one can view. Safe way, never give out personal information to strangers such as address, phone number etc....

Well first I'd ask mom and dad...but I have a myspace and I think it is safe as long as you make it private so that nobody other then the people who are your friends can look at your profile and do no have any friends unless you know the person!!!!

well u juss have to be extra careful... dont be all simpleminded and dumn like some girls who go and meet strangers that they meet online....if u do which u shouldnt make sure u are where theres is alot of people or bring someone with u to look after u on the low....but anyway its safe to me cause i kno all the saftey precautions to take....i had my myspace 4 about 1 year and i havent had any problems i kno bascially all my friends.

No. Not a 14 year old, there's too much inappropriate stuff you'll bump into. Get a neopets account. You'll find it so much more fun than a myspace.

Yes, it's safe as long as you are selective about who your friends are. You can't put personal information up like your address, phone number or e-mail, unless you want strangers to have access.

Yes...set your profile to private and don't accept strangers as your friends! Be smart about it and don't talk to people that you don't know! Don't agree to meet with anyone.
