it says i can't create one because i have created 21 accounts because my brothers am idiot all his accs are full of lvl 10~30 noobs send the id and pass to: [e-mail]

I don't know if they will allow game account trading, most game sites do not.

Would your brother be willing to delete some of his accounts? If he doesn't you can ask your parents to help you out.

It really isn't fair for your brother to make so many noobs, because I'm sure that they go by email address, if I'm not mistaken.

Either that, or you can make a new email account on Yahoo, Google or Hotmail, and use that address for making your new account.
