I just need to have an example of the ad, website preferrably so I can do a write up about it for a project. The protected classes are groups such as race, religion, sex, origin anything that would discourage someone from applying. Thanks for any help.

Wow! So weird that you would ask this. Just yesterday I saw a job listing that said that the person would be required to "sit, stand and walk." I thought, what an odd thing to put in a job listing. It sounded like they were trying to discourage disabled people from applying. Interestingly enough, it was for a job at a nonprofit agency. I saw it on Idealist.org, under the category of education jobs. FWIW.

Honestly, the ads that stipulate woman and minorities welcome. Think of the terms reverse prejudice and then you'll know that women and minorities will be hired over a white male. Proven point regardless of how much experience the white male has,the woman or minority would get the job. I didn't believe this theory so a friend and I went and applied at a job a mock situation we were both happily employed. He was a liscensed electrician and had a lot of experience I had none, but between the two of us I was hired not him.
