f(g(x)) = (2x^2+4-2)/4 = (x^2+1)/2

g(f(x)) = 2[(x-2)/4]^2 +4
= 2[x^2-4x+4]/16+4
= (x^2 -2x +2)/8 +4
= (8x^2 -16x +20)/8
