I'm talking about the government, so I don't want to see anybody lambasting me about being prejudiced against Iranian people.

I've been PO'ed at Iran since 1979 when they held our embassy personnel as hostages. These ******* are itching for a fight.

Yea do not believe the BBC or any other mainstream news organisation. Most of them are run by governments who support the war and they tell you the news THEY want you to know. You are just getting caught up in the propaganga battle, god knows what those sailors were doing, maybe they were extracting SAS guys from Iran or maybe the Iranians were just trying to stir things up. The news is way to vague and bias to come to any decent conclusion

When you read about the history and the politics in Iran and the other Middle Eastern countries what's happening now was bound to happen.

So no....I'm not happy with the circumstances but some things are inevitable.

I am not as p***ed off at Iran's radicals as much as I am disappointed in the Brits. They used to have some backbone and get mad when someone messed with their navy. How low are the mighty fallen? Where is Winston Churchill when you need him?

Totally. I endured the last hostage crisis with the nation and Iran got away with it (Carter). That's why they're back at it.
