You would have no case at all against them. It is your responsibility to make sure you buy a product at a low enough price to be able to sell it at a price high enough to make a profit. If you could do what you are asking, everyone would run to Wal-Mart, buy something to put on eBay, then sue Wal-Mart because they couldn't make a profit on it.

No, you cannot sue the business because your results were not the same as theirs. This warning comes with every business venture.
If you don't make anything, you've either chosen the wrong company or you need more training in sales. Whatever happens, it's your choice.
If you have a desire to learn and get ahead in business, you will. You might have to try different things to see what you are best at, and to learn how the market works so that you choose the right business for you.

Could you try it again, please. I could probably answer most any question you have about small business but I have to understand the question first.

The way yours is worded it sounds like a company is selling you money and you are unable to resell it at a profit. I'm sure that isn't what you meant but that is how I am interpreting it.

NO,Its your responsibility to determine if this is a viable endeavor for you. Most of the late night tv ads are promoting this junk and right in the middle of their pitch they run a disclaimer like"results not typical"this gets them off the hook.

Did you check their books? Made sure no fraud? If they " cooked the books" than you may be able to pursue legal action.
