Well now days with the multi gigabyte email servers, you really shouldn't have much a problem emailing it through gmail or somesuch. The first thing I can think of to cut size is to convert it from a .WAV file to a .mp3 file and set the quality as low as you can without losing the clarity of the music. I'd use wavepad or something similar for that task, and just save it as something with slightly lower quality.
