The whole time, pretty much. It happens because your mucus membranes are all lubricating more now that you're pregnant (yup, more discharge, too), and apparently our bodies don't discriminate between mucus membranes in our vagina and muscus membranes in our nose.

I had the worst stuffiness and consequent sinus headache from weeks 13 to 15 and have been fine ever since (I'm at 27 weeks now). I thought it would never end and I was miserably afraid that it would last til the end of my pregnancy. Thank goodness I was very lucky to only have it a short time. I think it just depends, tho. I rarely, if ever, get sick nor do I have allergy problems so I can't say if I am the norm or not. I did find that using a personal steam inhaler (like the one from Vicks) helped me out a lot in those two weeks. Good luck.

It depends, if the stuffy noses is from a cold usually around a week.Could it be allergies? If it last longer than a week I would suggest taking your child to the doctor and having him/her tested for allergies.

a cold or sinus infection can take up to 2 weeks to go away and if you have allergies you may have a stuffy nose for months depending on the season. check with your doc and see what you can take for this and hope you get to feeling better soon take care you.

I suffer from allergies normally but for the whole first trimester of my pregnancy I was completely congested , then it went away for awhile and around 20 weeks came back along with the great addition of bloody noses...I started sleeping with a humidifier which helped A LOT...

I am 33 weeks pregnant. Have had the sinus change since about 8 weeks. I still have problems at times. I dont think it will ever go away completely until after I have this baby.

Not sure, but I have had mine for about 2 months now and it is showing no sign of going away. This is also made worse by the fact that it is actually allergy season.
