Well here is a simple one .. when you put salt on ice or snow it creates a chemical change that raises the freezing temp of water thus it melts ..Here is a link to a web site I found that you can look at .. if this is for a project or something it can give you some idea's ...

um well a chemical change is when something changes properties so i believe either ice melting into a solid, or something like that. i hope i could help
