Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix has only been released in Japan so far. It WILL be released in the US this fall. It'll have several new additions such as a fight scene with Roxas and Sora and possibly a battle with one of the mysterious men who you see in the end of the secret ending.
Theres rumors that it'll be released in the US boxed along with re: chain of memories, but its still just a rumor.

I heard of the "Kingdom Hearts 2:Final Mix" being released in Japan, but only a few copies were made and the marketing stopped all of a sudden. Ever since, I never heard of "KH2:Final Mix" to be released ANYWHERE. But I recommend looking up auction sites like eBay, but I couldn't find it. (I was looking for a copy, too.)
