Fish are vertebrates, they have a spine. Starfish, jellyfish, and cuttlefish lack a spinal column. The lionfish has a spinal column, therefore it is a fish.

Lionfishes ARE fishes. Cuttlefish is like a squid, starfish aren't even fishes, they just sit on beaches and ocean floors, and jellyfishes just aren't fishes.

It IS lionfish -- and it has nothing to do with venom. The other three are invertebrates. 1, 2 and 4 are not really "fish" at all, except in that they're all aquatic.
