It is set for release on December 21, 2007. According to www.imdb.com it is being filmed in Washington DC.

National Treasure: Book of Secrets is being filmed in Washington D.C... the filming has been going on for a while and it is set to be released dec 21 of this year

Most places are saying it's going to be released Winter 2007 or Spring 2008, and the only place mentioned for the movie at the moment is Mount Rushmore.
